Family Settlement is a solution to future and present family problem. It involve the negotation between the family members to resolve their disputes with respect to property settlement. Herein the entire family decided under guidance of senior memebrs or guardian in family to settle all property in the present with understand of each other. It is very diffrent from will which takes effect after death of the party.
